This office is responsible for conducting research on e-learning trends to be implemented within the YDYO framework and shares the findings with the Directorate and teachers. In collaboration with the Curriculum Development Office, this office is also responsible for creating online learning materials and managing the content and structure of the YDYO website, as well as the notes and course participation pages on the YTÜ YDYO Moodle Platform. From an educational technology perspective, ETSAO also manages the content and structure of the YTÜ YDYO Moodle Platform as determined by both departments of YDYO.
In addition to the above responsibilities, ETSAO is also active in analyzing data collected during surveys and in administering tests and exams throughout the semester for other offices. Depending on the needs and requests of the offices, ETSAO conducts analyses of quantitative and qualitative data. This office provides support for both the Basic English Program and the Advanced English Program as needed.
When a position becomes available in this office, a job posting is issued. Applicants must have at least two years of experience at YTÜ YDYO. Candidates with a background in statistics and/or a master’s or doctoral degree are preferred.
