Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Oxford Test of English Yetkili Sınav Merkezi Oldu
Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu bünyesinde kurulan Oxford Test Merkezi hizmete açılmıştır.
ÖSYM tarafından eşdeğerliği kabul edilen Oxford Test of English (OTE) sınavı, Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu bünyesinde oluşturulan bu merkezde uygulanacaktır. Merkezin faaliyete geçmesiyle birlikte Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi; öğrenciler ve tüm adaylar için uluslararası standartlarda dil yeterliği ölçme imkânı sunmayı, böylece yükseköğretimde kalite ve uluslararasılaşma vizyonuna katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir.
Güncel ölçme ve değerlendirme yaklaşımlarına dayanan Oxford Test of English; okuma, dinleme, konuşma ve yazma becerilerini ölçen, uluslararası geçerliliğe sahip bir sınavdır. Sınav, bilgisayar ortamında internet üzerinden uygulanmaktadır. Okuma ve dinleme bölümlerine ait sonuçlar sınavın yapıldığı gün içerisinde, yazma ve konuşma bölümlerine ait sonuçlar ise sınavdan itibaren beş gün içinde Oxford sınav platformu üzerinden ilan edilmektedir.
Oxford Test of English kapsamındaki ilk sınav, 13 Şubat 2026 tarihinde Davutpaşa Kampüsü Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu bünyesinde bulunan sınav merkezinde gerçekleştirilecektir.

Yıldız Technical University Becomes an Authorized Oxford Test of English Exam Center
The Oxford Test Center established within the School of Foreign Languages at Yıldız Technical University has officially begun operating.
The Oxford Test of English (OTE), whose equivalency is recognized by ÖSYM, will be administered at this center established within the School of Foreign Languages. With the center becoming operational, Yıldız Technical University aims to offer students and all candidates the opportunity to measure language proficiency in line with international standards, thereby contributing to its vision of quality and internationalization in higher education.
Based on up-to-date assessment and evaluation approaches, the Oxford Test of English is an internationally recognized exam that measures reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills. The exam is conducted on a computer. Results for the reading and listening sections are announced on the same day as the exam, while results for the writing and speaking sections are published on the exam platform within five days after the exam.
The first Oxford Test of English exam will be held on 13 February 2026 at the exam center located within the School of Foreign Languages at the Davutpaşa Campus.
